Missing map pictures in HLStats ?

If you have missing map pictures from a common map, check the other game map folders.
Some maps are duplicate and share the same name on different games. Just copy the image to the new game maps folder and you are done.

If you get an error about a missing database table, here is the SQL statement to create it:

Psychostats dead ?

Hello Folks!

I'm seeing more and more questions from people asking where Stormtrooper is (that's me; Jason!). I'm alive and well. I've just been busier in my personal life and took a step back from the development of the Psychostats software. It's much harder these days to devote a lot of development time to a piece of software that I make no money off of (and remember; I pay a monthly fee for this server too). As much as I like developing "free" software for the gaming community, getting nothing back but frustration and complaints from people can get on your nerves after awhile.

Right now it's unclear if I'll pick-up the development of Psychostats any further. I don't want it to die, but the economy is tough right now and I have to do what's best for me. I made a lot of progress on PS4, But a lot more still needed to be done before it was ready to be released to the public as a viable software package. For now, I'm not saying Psychostats is dead, but definitely on hiatus and stale.

I may be pursuing new development projects too. I just have to see what opportunities come my way.

Sad but true...

This is the problem with all of us, who code and contribute to the community for free.
We all do this for you and our loan is the respect and feedback from YOU.

But there is a point on which we can't get further without the help of the community. The forums are shut down and it looks like Stormtrooper was the only one who cared about it.
This would not happen if the community is active and respecting the work from the Psychostats team.

It is very sad to see that psychostats is currently on hold.

I wich Jason the best and hope this project will go on. ( HLStats and Psychostats are the only game stats-software which where started as the Valve multiplayer got big )

There are several products out there which have HLStats in their name.
This leads to confusion and sometimes it can happend that people think HLStats is a fork from any of those others.

To clear all this up and make sure, people know which is what, I've created a history page.

Well kinda...

The redesign is 99% complete and I'm doing a quality check to hunt down anything left.
If you have the time and willing to try it, then go to the github download page and pick the 1.60a release package.

Keep in mind this is a alpha release only. Feel free to use it and experiment.
